I cannot recommend Jon enough. He has helped me believe in myself for the first time in my life and given me confidence I have never had before. Jon is always friendly and upbeat during our sessions and is very easy to talk to. He is an absolute professional at all times and will make you feel like you’re talking to an old friend that you’ve known for ages. The tasks I’m given to feel good about myself are always fun and interesting, just like him.

I had a PT sessions with Jon and I was amazed! He really pushed me to the right level and taught me some fantastic new exercises to use in my everyday training routine. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to improve their mental and physical well-being. Fantastic!
